SHIPPING
- We ship via DHL Express and orders typically take 2-3 business days to reach you.
- During holiday periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to ship.
- If necessary, we may divide your order into multiple shipments.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Shipping Address: If you need to make any edits to your shipping address, please email us at customerservice@ellastein.com as soon as possible.
- Your order will require a signature at the time of delivery.
- Free delivery on all orders within the United States.
- We’ve partnered with EcoEnclose to package all orders using Bubble Mailers made out of recycled content & post-consumer waste.
RETURNS
- Ella Stein offers easy, hassle-free returns! This means you can return your order for free within 30 days from the date of delivery. You must ensure that the product’s original tags are in place and the jewelry is unworn.

Upon Initiating A Return:
- You will receive a shipping label from our team that you must stick on your package.
- If your pin code is serviceable a UPS or USPS agent will pick up the parcel from your doorstep. If your pin code is non-serviceable you will have to drop your parcel to your nearest UPS or USPS delivery center.
Receiving Your Refund:
- You will receive a refund on your original mode of payment as soon as your parcel arrives at our warehouse and it’s been verified by us.
- The refund may take up to 10 business days to show in your statement, you will receive an email notification from our end once we initiate the refund.
