In India, where I’m from, sons traditionally inherit everything. As a father of two, I sought to chart a different path for my children. With a son and a daughter, I envisioned a future where both would have equal opportunities. Thus, Ella Stein was born. "Ella" is named after my daughter and "Stein" translates to "stone". This company will be her legacy, a testament to the limitless possibilities awaiting her as she grows into her own.

As a result of founding Ella Stein in 2017, we have successfully helped empower over 500 women from rural communities in India by giving them an opportunity to share their talents as jewelry artisans and earn a living to be financially independent
